We currently provide four types of AI Agents for our clients to choose, this includes: Lead Gen Agent, Chat Agents, Voice Agent & Multi-Agents.

We work with clients on projects from inception to completion. During the planning phase, we set tasks, milestones and deadlines according to the clients requirements and the complexity of the project.

Approaching the completion of any client's project, we conduct a strict testing period of between 2 - 4 weeks which includes rigorous testing of the AI Agent before it's final release. This is to ensure that the AI Agent is operating successfully. Additionally, we offer an ongoing maintenance package which includes regular improvement updates, debugging and error handling.

During the development of AI Agents for our client's, we conduct weekly zoom calls for the duration of the project, additionally we give clients access to a private slack account for the client's project, which will be updated daily.

Our AI Agent development process consists of assessing [initial consultation], planning [research, design & development] and execution [testing, deployment & maintenance}.

During the assessment phase, we will ask you a series of questions about your business, which will be provided as part of the knowledge for the AI Agent to access. Next we will require company data, files and documents, which will provide the majority of the remaining knowledge of your business to the AI Agent.

As soon as the AI Agent is deployed at the end of the project's completion, you can begin seeing results.
